Final Fantasy Adds US Tour Dates For "Heartland"

Always up for exhausting himself out, Owen Pallett, aka Final Fantasy, will be conducting a short North American, UK and Canadian stint in support of the release of Heartland, his newest conceptual album, out January 12th in the US via Domino Records. The U.S. dates are as follows:

Jan 12 Toronto - Mod Club
Jan 14 SAN FRANCISCO - Bottom of the Hill
Jan 16 CHICAGO - Schuba's (Tomorrow Never Knows Festival)
Jan 18 NEW YORK - Bowery Ballroom

Tickets for the US shows will go on sale Friday.

I'd say expect a full band type situation, based on the recent live take of "Heartland" track, Lewis Takes Action, for Tunnelvision, a new feature on Pitchfork.com.
